Film > The Integral

This series shows how integral construction has become in daily life, focusing on the UNT campus in which I attend. I found it interesting how disruptive construction can be, yet students navigate around it as if it was always part of the landscape. It almost becomes background noise until it’s in front of our faces.

I aimed to show that gradual realization through these images, allowing the construction elements to progressively fill more and more of the frame. This progression reflects the increasing presence of the construction sites that fill our every day.
